SESSION AND CAMPAIGN NOTES
Isaiah was born and raised by a nomadic tribe of marauders. He spent much of his teenage and adolescent life travelling the vast desert wasteland and assaulting random traders who crossed paths with his tribe. While not inherently evil, his upbringing has forced him to become a great fighter and to have no qualms with killing.
One day Isaiah’s tribe chose the wrong target. The Marauders fought valiantly, but the protective detail of the caravan they chose to assault was too much for them to handle. Many of them were killed in battle, but the few survivors were caught and brought to the city of Tyr to be sold off as slaves.
However, he was incredibly lucky. A mere day after he was sold as a slave the Sorcerer-King Kalak was slain and slavery within the walls of Tyr was abolished. With his newly gained freedom (from slavery as well as the marauding life he never chose for anyway) Isaiah decided that it was time to put his skills as a swordsman to good use.
By becoming a sellsword.
