Penny Arcade

Penny Arcade is a webcomic, started in November 1998 by two upstarts named Mike "Gabe" Krahulik, the artist, and Jerry "Tycho" Holkins, the writer, that has rapidly evolved into one of the most, if not the most, popular webcomics on the internet. The comic is about two gamers and the wacky mishaps that they get into, including but not limited to fruit fucking, zombies, and death. It was recently voted the most influential webcomic of the decade by the Washington Post and many, many fans (and perhaps a few hackers).

The Penny Arcade forums are a hive of wretchedness and villany... but not really. They are home to Critical Failures, which in turn is home to the game of Phalla, a text version of the popular party game Mafia and the point of this entire wiki.
