Leaf maintains her hengeyokai nature as a well-kept secret. In human form, she tends towards the short end of human size scales, with a slight, lean build that would at first appear the product of poor nutrition, but is in actuality a combination of the slender body of a gymnast with a hengeyokai's more gracile bone structure. Leaf posses a slightly rounder-than-usual face with a mildly flattened nose and half-a-size too large eyes of piercing green. She wears her straight black hair short, in what might be charitably described as a "ragged pixie cut", and should it be brushed briefly away, a casual observer might note a slight point to her ears: not nearly enough to suggest elven heritage, however.

Leaf wears a plain, sleeveless brown tunic and loose-fitting pants of the same material, belted with a length of cord. Her hands and feet are wrapped in strips of white cloth, which have grown rather ragged with time. A small satchel hangs at her hip by a strap over her opposite shoulder: at a glance it contains only a small wooden bowl, meant for recieving alms. Though nominally unarmed, by snapping her fingers Leaf can produce a magical staff as if from nowhere.

She speaks with a Welsh accent, and yes that is a blatant dragon age 2 ripoff but what are YOU gonna do about it
